ATVs & Snowmobiles
You will need to complete our permit form and exchange it for Timberlakes permits to operate any motorized recreational equipment in Timberlakes (snowmobile, ATV, etc.). If your invited guests are bringing their own snowmobiles or ATVs, you will need to obtain a permit for those vehicles as well. Complete our permit form and bring it to the office or security for your permits. Permits for property owners cost $15 per machine and are good for one calendar year. Permits for your guests cost $10 per machine. Guest ATV and snowmobile permits are good for seven (7) days from the date of issue. All permits must be affixed to the machine.
Committee Formation Request
Property owners are encouraged and welcomed to assist the Board in addressing issues that impact our quality of life on the mountain. One way to do this is to organize a volunteer committee. If you see a need to address an issue and would like to help formulate a solution, please talk to the Board member responsible for the target area and discuss forming a committee. This form documents the request from the Board member and proposed committee members to formally approve the new committee. Instructions are on the form.
Entrance Sticker Permit Application
If you want to speed up the process at the security gate when you drive up, you can obtain a Timberlakes Entrance Sticker for your front windshield. Each owner who is fully paid up with the Association is entitled to two Entrance Stickers. Complete the Entrance Sticker Application Form and send it to us.
Fire Safety Matching Funds
The State of USA provides matching fund grants to help improve fire safety in the State. Timberlakes received one of these grants but it has now been used. We desire to apply for another grant and we need your help. The State will match the time and money you spend to improve fire safety in your cabin and on your lot. For example, if you install interior fire sprinklers or you removed deadfall and undergrowth from your lot, we can take the time and money you spent and ask the State to match that with a grant to Timberlakes.
We used the previous grant to create firebreaks, remove dead trees from the road right-of-way and to chip the woodpile in the lower parking lot. Please help us apply for a new grant by telling us how much time and money you spent on reducing fire danger on your own property. Complete the form and return it to us.
Gate Remotes
Every owner who has a remote gate opener must complete this form and return it to us either in person at the security gate house or the office, or by email. We need to obtain the two codes from the back of each of your remotes so that we can re-activate your remotes. After January 27, 2015, your remotes will not open the gate until we receive this information from you.
Mail Box
If you wish to receive your mail from the USPS at the Timberlakes Mail House, you need to make some arrangements at the Post Office in Heber City and then come to the TLPOA office in Timberlakes to pay for the box.
Please take the following form with you to the Post Office and then bring it back to our office.
Wasatch County Weeds
Wasatch County maintains a cooperative weed management program. Timberlakes owners are encouraged to document your efforts to manage noxious weeds (such as thistle) on your property.
Please complete the following form and return it either to the address on the form or the Timberlakes office. Documenting this information will assist Timberlakes in applying for a grant to help abate noxious weeds in our development.
